I try 2 go to bed early but i can't help but staying up.(what can I say im a night out) I want to wake up at about 7 but i always wake up some thing close to 8am. I NEED HELP!Answer: hmmm, how about you FORCE yourself to wake up earlier.. lets say around 5 am.. MAKE yourself stay awake throughout the day so that you'll want to go to sleep earlier. Repeat this until you feel you can't do it anymore.. then CONTINUE to do it, until it happens naturally. If not, you could always try like 2 shots of tequila and then laying down to go to bed. I'm sure you'd crash out a little after that. All-in-all.... quit hitting the snooze button!!! ![]() How can you wake up well rested?Question: I'm always dragging myself out of bed, so tired, I'm on a short sleeping schedule, because of school. I go to bed at 10. Or 9 if i can, And i get up at 5, so i only get 5 or 6 hours of sleep. You can't blame me though. If i wanted 8 i would have to go to bed at 7 which is not happening anytime soon. So what do i do? I'm so tired that i almost wanna cry, and i dread school so badly, so how can i sleep deeply so that i wake up rested and ready to go?Answer: If you go to bed at 9 or 10 and wake up at 5, you're getting 7-8 hours of sleep. Not 5-6. Pulling yourself out of bed is something that you'll have to deal with your whole life. As long as you're not dragging the whole day, you just have to fight through it. It is a relatively new country song.Answer: all of them ![]() question for people who wake up feeling refreshed and well rested every morning?Question: what is your sleep routine? how long do you sleep? do you eat something or take sleeping pills to help you sleep? do you exercise before bed or in the morning? do you shower before bed or in the morning or both? what do you do right before going to bed and first thing when waking up? is your bedroom quiet, dark, cool, warm, etc? basically, i want to know your secret of how to wake up refreshed and well rested.Answer: It's all in calculation. If you wake up at the end of a REM cycle, you will be refreshed and well rested. If you wake up in the middle of one, you will be drowsy no matter how much sleep you get. Each REM cycle is about an hour and a half long. SO: Take the time in which you get into bed. Add on the number of minutes it takes for you to fall asleep. Add on to that one-and-a-half hour long segments until you reach a time which works for you. Example: Right now is about 10:00. If it takes me half an hour to fall asleep, I would start at 10:30. Adding one and a half hour long segments: 12:00, 1:30, 3:00, 4:30, 6:00. 6:00 works, so I set my alarm to 6:00. Hope it helps. ![]() |
